Greeting traders and investors! My name is Damian. I am the founder of RTED Investing. As of the moment of the creation of this company, I’ve been involved in the world of the financial markets for over a decade. I have been trading and investing since 2011 and I have been operating as an account manager since 2012.

My journey in the world of finance started from the US stock markets. Since early 2011, I started building a physical stock portfolio while at the same time doing leveraged trading on NASDAQ and S&P. In the following couple of years, my investments kept on growing continuously while I was expanding my knowledge on the topic of investing. At that stage, I knew that this is where my interests lay, and I wanted to develop further in this field.

Around the middle of 2012, I was hired from an Australian trading company. I was given in-depth education on different types of analysis, and I was respectively hired as an analyst. A few months later, towards the end of the year, I was moved to the account managers' department. At that position, I started communicating with clients of the company. My job was to educate them in trading, help them fix mistakes, supply them with market information and analysis, and also to monitor their trading activity along the way.

I stayed in this company until early 2016. Between 2016 and 2020, I worked for another trading company operating with clients from countries that were part of the European Union. Finally, in the period between 2020 and mid-2023, I worked for a third trading company. This time, the company was operating under international regulations, and I had the chance to work with clients from all around the world.

My experience as an account manager adds up to nearly 11 years. In this period of time, I had the chance to work with nearly 8000 people on a personal level. From all my experience, working with different individuals who had different problems and difficulties related to trading and investing, I was able to pinpoint some common pitfalls that were making it hard for people to succeed on the markets.

Once the problems were located, over time I was able to create an educational system that was addressing and dealing with all those problems that traders were facing. The best thing about this program was that it was able to show beginner traders how to deal with different problems before they even encountered them. That way, the beginners who went through my education before starting to trade were performing much better than the majority. This education program was also extremely good for traders that already had some experience but were still struggling to succeed. With them, we were able to quickly find what was the cause for their failure and rectify it.

My methods of education and support had proven to be extremely effective. The percentage of my clients that were successful in trading with my guidance and support was very high, a few times higher than the global average. The reason for that was simple: the education and assistance along the way were delivered in an extremely simplified and well-structured way so that it became easy to understand and do for everyone, even if a person had never been involved with investments and finances before.

Even though we were observing an extremely high success ratio with our clients inside of the trading companies, there was something worrying. While the percentage of our successful clients was growing through my years operating as an account manager, at the same time, globally around the world, the percentage of people that were losing money was also getting higher.

In that decade, the trading business was getting more and more popular, and the number of people doing it increased exponentially. The issue was that all those people who wanted to get involved in the world of investments simply didn’t have the necessary knowledge. A lot of them had the desire to get educated, but the problem was that the information available online and in the books was not well-structured. There was good information available, yes, but it was fragmented, and it was scattered. This made it extremely difficult for someone with no knowledge and no guidance to educate himself properly. Imagine it like this – you want to assemble a car and you have all the parts, but you have no idea how to do it and you don’t have any instructions. You need to figure out how to put the pieces together on your own. This is how learning trading and investing feels for the majority.

What was making the problem even worse were the influencers and scammers online and on social media. A lot of people were taking advantage of the situation and started promoting fake services such as 100% success rate signals, trading robots that guarantee success, and no-risk investments. All of this, as you can understand, is not legit and doesn’t work, but it brought even more confusion for beginners. Putting all of this together with the fact that there wasn’t a solid source which could teach people how to trade and invest from point A to point Z, you could say that the mess was complete. Don’t get me wrong, there is good and reliable information on the web, but it’s not more than 5% of everything you will find. The rest is either false, misleading, or a scam.
I observed this problem and I wanted to make a change. Even though I was able to help a lot of people to succeed on a personal level, I was limited in the amount of assistance I could provide on my own while working for a trading company. That’s when I decided that I wanted to do something about it.

Since 2021, I started working on an idea about a platform which will help people achieve success in trading and investing. This platform had 3 primary focuses:

1st – To give people complete education from the beginning to the end so that they can find everything they need in one place in a well-structured form that was suitable both for complete beginners but also for experienced traders that wanted to improve.

2nd – All of the information provided on the platform needed to be extremely simplified and presented in an easy-to-understand way. Our goal here was to make the knowledge of trading and investing accessible for everyone even if a person had never dealt with finances before.

3rd – To make trading and investing very practical and efficient for our clients. Even if a person has the necessary knowledge, staying well informed, doing the analysis and calculations after that can be very time-consuming. Our services had to provide all the necessary information and analysis that our clients need so that they can make informed decisions without needing to spend a lot of time.

In early 2021, I started gathering a team. This team was composed of analysts, account managers, investment psychologists, and other professionals who could contribute to our vision. By the middle of 2021, the team was complete, and we had designed the structure of the platform we wanted to create. We knew that our vision could be achieved only if we could provide 3 very specific services:
1.) – The Ultimate Trading Course – We wanted to create the perfect educational material for anyone who wanted to become good in trading in the form of a video course. This course needed to address every important detail that a trader needs in a very well-structured and consecutive form. It also needed to be very simple, removing complex terminology that could confuse most people. The goal of this course was to break down the complex world of trading into few primary pieces, then study each of them separately in detail, and in the end – put them all together into what we call a Complete Trading Approach.
2.) – The Premium Analysis Channel – The goal of this service was to create the perfect informational source. A channel where traders and investors can get a constant stream of important market information, analysis, and trading setups. The trading setups needed to contain all the necessary information so that they can be ready for use. This included explanation of the analysis, entry point, stop-loss, and take-profit levels. The aim of this channel was to provide high-quality information to traders and investors that could save them a lot of time and effort. That way, even the very busy individuals could start doing good trading as the necessary time for it could drop down to just a few minutes per day.
3.) – Personalized mentoring – From our personal experience, we’ve seen that traders perform best when they have a professional by their side to provide constant guidance and support. With this service, we can offer extremely detailed assistance to traders and investors at all levels in different forms. The primary objectives of this service are 3:
• Analyze past and present trading experience of individuals and help them rectify mistakes and work towards improvement of their trading approach.
• Constant supply of market information and analysis, but also provision of different alternatives of execution that the client then can consider.
• Monitoring along the way for mistakes which can cause problems for the trader with a specific focus on overexposure as this is the main cause for big losses.

Between middle 2021 and middle 2023, we’ve worked on the details, perfecting our ideas and services. The most complex part was designing the course as it needed to meet a lot of requirements and so far, no one else had done such a thing. At the same time, we’ve worked on continuously testing different sources of information and analysis for reliability to filter only the best ones which could then supply our Premium Analysis Channel. Between July 2023 and April 2024, me and my team worked day and night to materialize everything we’ve been designing for the last 2 and a half years and realize our vision of creating the ultimate navigator for Traders and Investors. At this moment, you're probably wondering what RTED stands for. RTED means Road to El Dorado. For those of you that don’t know, El Dorado is a mythical city located somewhere in the jungles of South America which is supposedly made out entirely of Gold. Many people have attempted finding it through the centuries, and many have died trying. The story of this city made of Gold resembles how traders are looking for the right way to succeed while venturing into the informational jungle which is the internet. Me and my team were inspired by this story because we believe that showing you the way to success on the markets is like showing you the Road to El Dorado.
